A brief history of Jeffrey
Jeffrey Carr began practice as an attorney in New York City in 2016, where he is still a member of the bar. He gained admission to the Washington State Bar in early 2020, and joined Morgan Hill in 2022 representing families of Thurston, Lewis, and Mason Counties. Jeffrey practices Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Landlord/Tenant.
Jeffrey grew up on a farm in Eastern Washington. He has bachelor’s degrees in both Social Science and History from the University of Portland. Jeffrey obtained his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Prior to law school, Jeffrey worked in management for several of the country’s finest financial institutions. After practicing for several years in the Big Apple, Jeffrey returned to his roots where he is closer to family and childhood friends. He is a member of the Domestic Relations Attorneys of Washington(DRAW) and focuses heavily on reuniting and protecting children.
Jeffrey resides in Olympia, plays guitar (an essential requirement at Morgan Hill, P.C.), and loves to travel and to experience new cultures.
